Teaching Contract

0. Specific dates for the class or workshop to be agreed upon between guild/shop and Kathleen Moorhead Johnson.  __________________________________
0. Workshop fee is $300.00 for a one day workshop, $175.00 for a half-day workshop and $150.00 for trunk show.
0. Guild should pay the balance of the fee at completion of the workshop.
0. Accommodation should be a private non-smoking room with bath.
0. Meals and travel must be paid by guild/shop. Mileage should be calculated with IRS mileage rates.
0. Supply list will be furnished by Kathleen Moorhead Johnson prior to workshop dates.
